Your privacy is of the utmost importance. All information shared during the reading or coaching session is kept strictly confidential, and our commitment to privacy is unwavering.
Unless permission is granted to share the information from your session, it will remain strictly confidential.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY:
There are no refunds once your appointment is made and paid for.
No refunds or re-schedules will be allowed for skipped or missed appointments.
If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, it will be noted as 'missed' and your appointment will not be rescheduled or refunded.
You may re-schedule your appointment as I understand that emergencies happen, however I appreciate ample time and no less than 48 hours, or else you forfeit your appointment.
Only ONE re-schedule is allowed. Unfortunately the re-schedules have to be filled into the next available appointment as the schedule is set.
Please understand that this policy is in place to allow Kelly the ability to see as many clients as she can.
TERMS OF SERVICE
A reading or a coaching session is not a replacement or a substitute for medical or psychological treatment.
Kelly is NOT RESPONSIBLE for the information or the content, you are paying for her time, not the content.
As with all readings and coaching, the LAW OF FREE WILL applies: You have the choice to either accept the information or do with it what you will. Your decisions will determine your final outcome.
