How Do Psychic Medium Readings Work?

Readings are available by PHONE or by ZOOM. Phone readings are just as accurate as video sessions, it all depends on your personal preference. ZOOM sessions are recorded and sent to you at no additional cost.

I will start by tuning into the most important information first... Whether it be your finances, job/career, relationships (past & present), the big life decisions… as well as the connection to those that you miss or need closure with that has crossed over.

As with all readings, the law of free will applies. You have the choice to accept the information and do with it what you will. Your decisions will determine your final outcome.

Are sessions available globally, or must I be in person?

Absolutely! For your convenience, Kelly offers readings both in-person and online. Whether you prefer the intimacy of a face-to-face session or the flexibility of an online connection, the choice is yours.

Kelly's exclusive psychic readings are available globally. Whether you're across town or on the other side of the world, you can experience the transformative power of these sessions.

You have the choice of joining a Zoom to have your session recorded so you can watch it again at any time. For those based in the USA, we also have the ability to have a phone session if you are not comfortable with tech.

What if I don't like it? Do you offer refunds?

There are no refunds. You are paying for my time and expertise, not the message content.

Sometimes we may be given information that initially you may not like but if this does happen many of my clients sit on the information and it hits home. Remember nothing is ever set in stone you have free will and can change anything you decide to.

Why is it so expensive?

You get what you pay for. I am a specialist in the psychic mediumship field and am constantly investing in my skills to make sure that my clients constantly have the highest value they can when they spend time with me.

Is my personal information kept confidential?

Absolutely. Your privacy is of the utmost importance. All information shared during the session is kept strictly confidential, and our commitment to privacy is unwavering.

Can I record the session for future reference?

You have the choice of joining a Zoom session to have your reading recorded so you can watch it again at any time.

Are there any prerequisites or specific preparations for the session?

Scheduling your session is quick and easy. Simply click on the "Book Your Reading Now" button. From there you give us your details and pay for your session. Once you have paid you are re-directed automatically to a page where you can choose a convenient time from the available slots, and you'll receive all the session details via email.

What happens if I am running late or not able to attend my booked reading time?

Kelly respects hers and your time. She is often booked back to back for sessions and on occasion have people on a waitlist for an appointment asap.

If you are running late, please let us know and please note your original booked time period will stand. For example, if you booked 11am to 12pm, even if you arrive at 11:15am, you will still only have to 12pm.

If you do not advise me that you are running late, we will close the Zoom 10 minutes in and it will be classed as a no show. If you miss my call and do not call back within your allocated time, you will forfeit your session.

I request that any time changes be made at least 72 hours prior to the session.

If you reschedule within the 72-hour window, we may not be able to accommodate your request and an additional re-booking fee of $75 may be charged.

If you fail to attend for any reason, you will forfeit the paid session and will need to pay again.

Can you pick who you want to connect and communicate with?

As psychic mediums we say we are not able to choose what spirit comes across, however, I have always been able to connect with a spirit that the person taking the reading has chosen to speak to.

How do you know if it’s my loved one communicating?

I am known as an evidence-based psychic medium. This means that I will provide you with verifiable information, specific to them or heartfelt shared memories so that you know it is your loved one, angel, or spirit guide.
